Best Bar None
Best Bar None is the way ahead for a "SAFE PUB" award scheme for Scottish cities. Under the guise of Safer Cities Initiative, licensed premises in Perth city centre have been given the opportunity to participate this year and show they meet the essential criteria for an award.

Crime Prevention and Safety, Fire Procedures, Drink and Drug Policy, First Aid and Environmental Issues are main areas covered by the award. A Best Bar None award plaque outside the premises will equate to star rating for hotels and inform the customer or tourist what standards are on offer.

A pilot scheme involving 10 licensed premises took place during 2006.
The Best Bar None 2007 Winners
